2. Tape quality

The tape lasts about 6-8 weeks, so the tape quality is just as important as the hair quality. Many Tape-In hair extension companies are using oversea tape that is usually very thick, not flexible, and leaves a lot of residue on the client’s hair when it's removed. 3. Packaging & Lengths

The average amount for a full head of Tape-Ins for a single client is 40 pieces (or 20 complete tape extensions). Many hair extension companies are selling their Tape-In extensions in sets of 20 or 40 pieces, limiting the hairstylist color to only one or two options. The majority of hair extension experts will use at least two or three colors per client so the hair will blend with the natural hair color, and create dimension. Our packaging contains 10 pieces per pack (or 5 complete extensions) giving the hair stylists the option to choose up to 4 different colors for their client. 10 pieces per pack gives the salon owner or hairstylist more control on hair inventory, as sometimes clients will only need just a few as a replacement.
