Shipping

All smaller orders (not stock orders) go out the same day, as long as it's before 3:00pm EST.

Larger stock orders may take anywhere from 1-5 business days. If items are out of stock, we will notify you and create a backorder.

No, the Drop Ship recipient will only receive an email with a tracking link once their shipment is scanned by the shipper.

Yes, you will receive an automated tracking email with tracking link once the shipment is scanned by the shipper. 

Any orders over $6,000 will receive free Ground Shipping.

Tracking will be sent directly to you via email once the package is shipped. You'll be able to track the package from that email directly. 

You can also view the tracking information from your Account page. 

Invoicing

Payment is due within 30 days of the order date.

An order confirmation email has already been sent to the email account on file with our store. 

A formal invoice email will be sent directly on the order date and the due date.
