My Account

You may need to re-activate your account in order to login to the new website. 

To do so, please enter your email address where you will be prompted to reset your password. You should have full access to your account as well as the Aqua Hair Extensions site. 

Accounts can only be created by licensed cosmetologists or salon owners. To request an account, visit this page.

Stylists will need to upload an active cosmetology license. Salon owners will need to upload a business license. (Only one option can be selected)

Each account request is reviewed manually and may take up to 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive an email notification with a Welcome message. 

Placing an order

Aqua Hair Extensions only sells to licensed beauty professionals and salon owners. If you are looking to find a stylist who can install our products, visit our Salon Locator to find an Aqua Hair Extensions certified stylist near you. 

Pricing is only viewable to those who have an Aqua Hair Extensions account and must be either a licensed cosmetologist or a salon owner. 

For gifts with purchase:

1. Add all items to the cart that qualify for that promotion.

2. Accept the promotional item or gift from the cart, at the top of the page. You can watch this quick video to see how it's done.

For discounts:

1. Add qualifying items to the cart.

2. Discount will automatically apply, and display a confirmation message on that item. You can watch this quick video to see how it's done.

Discounts and promotions only apply to items in stock at the time of the sale.

Promotions can not be applied to past or future orders.

Shipping

By selecting AQUA Package Protection at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. 

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file an AQUA Package claim and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. 

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Overnight AM: Next Business Day by 12:00 PM

Overnight Standard: Next Business Day by 8:00 PM 

2 Day Standard: 2nd business day by 8:00 PM 

2 Day AM: 2nd business day by 12:00 PM

Ground: 3-5 business days by 8:00 PM

Enter your local shipping address at checkout, and then select "local pickup" from the shipping options on the next page. 

Your order will be ready in 1-2 hours after you place the order (during business hours).

Aqua Hair Extensions ships to all of the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), as well as internationally. 

Orders must be placed before 3 PM EST in order to be shipped on the same day. Any order placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

Orders placed on Friday for overnight service will be received on Monday (unless Saturday delivery is requested).

Please note that business days refer to Monday – Friday and excludes holidays.

To qualify for free Ground shipping, your online order total after discounts must equal $150 or greater. Subject to change at any time without notice. 

Returns and Exchanges

All returns/exchanges must be authorized and returned to Aqua Hair Extensions within 30 days of the order’s ship date.

Please call our office at 1 (866) 638-3312  or email us at hi@aquahairextensions.com and notify us that you would like to return or exchange an order. 

Packages sent without notifying us will not be accepted, and subject to a return shipping fee. 

A copy of the packing slip/invoice should be included in the return order. All returned items must be in new condition and original packaging. We can’t issue credit for returned items that were altered or not in a sellable condition.

Unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped, the salon/hairstylist is responsible for shipping charges to and from Aqua Hair Extensions.

As of July 1, 2018, all returns will be for store credit only. Store Credit will never expire and can be used at any time on any product (including certification courses). 

After the items in your order pass inspection, a new order will be shipped 3-4 business days after the date your original package was received.

Products

We don't recommend any Olaplex products be used on clients hair after they have hair extensions in.

Olaplex products can be used with other services prior to the extensions being put in the first time (or during move ups/touch up appts), but not after.

If the client wants to set an appointment while the hair extensions are in, and want to you to use those products on their own natural hair (just the top section), we recommend they come in and have you expertly section their own hair out and apply the products without them touching the extensions, to avoid any damage to the extensions.

Our hair care products were specially formulated by one of the top chemists in the country (the same one who formulates for many other elite hair product brands) specifically for hair extension protection and maintenance. 

Just like our hair extensions, we hold ourselves to the highest standards, and took some time to develop and formulate these products for the best results.

Our Hair Care products are the result of careful consideration for the longevity of the extensions, meaning they'll be beautiful for longer!
